Acceptable use

DIRTY is a creator CRM. You agree not to use it for illegal activity, harassment, or to host explicit content (we are not an adult-content platform). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscription & pricing

DIRTY offers a free tier and paid tiers (Starter, Pro, Studio). Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time from /account/billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payment methods

DIRTY accepts subscription payments via:

• Credit / debit cardprocessed by Stripe (you accept Stripe's terms).
• Telegram Starsprocessed by Telegram (you accept Telegram's terms).

Both methods grant identical access to DIRTY features. Stars-priced subscriptions are listed at the Stars amount and the approximate EUR equivalent at the time of pricing; the actual EUR cost depends on the Star-pack you bought from Telegram. We do not control Telegram's Star-pack pricing.

Refunds

Card payments: 14-day trial without charge. After the trial, pro-rata refund if you cancel within 30 days of period-start (monthly) or full refund within 30 days for annual.

Stars payments:Refunds are processed by Telegram. Open Telegram → @DIRTYBot → tap the original invoice message → "Refund". Telegram's policy typically allows refunds within 21 days of purchase. We honor the canceled subscription state automatically once Telegram notifies us.

Creator-owned bots

If you register a Telegram bot through your DIRTY Pro+ account, the following apply:

• You own the bot. You created it at @BotFather under your Telegram account. You are the Bot Operator under Telegram's terms.
• You are responsible for content distributed via your bot (tip messages, PPV media, broadcasts).
• DIRTY provides the configuration interface and feature handlers. We do not pre-review your content.
• DIRTY reserves the right to suspend your bot's connection to our infrastructure if its use violates this AUP (specifically: illegal content, harassment, fraud, or platform abuse).
• Stars-fraud (e.g. chargeback after delivery) is resolved between you, the fan, and Telegram. DIRTY provides transaction logs but does not reimburse.
• Tip and PPV revenue is yours and lands in your Telegram Stars wallet. DIRTY takes no commission on these transactions.

Bot suspension

If we suspend your bot, we'll stop forwarding webhooks to it (Telegram will still deliver messages to you if you re-set the webhook elsewhere — your bot itself is unaffected, only its connection to DIRTY is). You can appeal at appeals@dirty.app.

Liability

DIRTY is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
